Pedro Martin is a recognized force in South Florida’s real estate industry. As the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder of Terra Group, he leads the company toward development and capital raising success.

Beyond business, Mr. Martin has a genuine passion for South Florida and its communities. This is apparent in his involvement in several charitable, civic, arts and cultural organizations including the Performing Arts Center and the Concert Association of South Florida. He is also active in business organizations as a Board of Trustees member for the University of Florida¹s Law School and has been the recipient of several awards and acknowledgments, including Who’s Who in American Law and being selected by Super Lawyers magazine in 2008. He has also been awarded Developer of the Year by the American Institute of Architecture.
